Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the return conditions below.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item should:
- be returned within 30 days of receipt
- be unworn, unused and in its original condition
- include all original parts, components and packaging where applicable
- show no signs of damage caused by careless handling
- meet any hygiene requirements that apply to the product
We may be unable to accept a return if the item appears to have been used, worn, damaged or returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue so our customer care team can assist you.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our contact form or by email at:
Please include:
- your order number
- the reason for your return request
- photos of the product if it is damaged or faulty
- your first and last name
- your delivery address
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions.
Please do not send your return to the sender address shown on your parcel. Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer care team.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
All returns must be sent to our international returns warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your return within 5 business days.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.
Order Cancellations
As our order process is automated, orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it before delivery. In this case, please wait until your order has arrived and then contact us to start a return.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible until the goods have been received and returned.
Items in Transit
As some orders are shipped from Asia, delivery times may vary and delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.
If your order is already on its way to you, please wait until it has arrived before starting the return process.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please keep your return tracking confirmation once the item has been sent back.

Returns sent before contacting us, or sent to an address not provided by us, may not be accepted.
