Delivery Policy

 

This Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched and delivered across Australia. Please review the information below for details about processing times, tracking updates and what to expect once your order is on its way.


Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, our team will begin processing it as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During the week, this usually takes one business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take a little longer to be processed. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders across Australia. There is no minimum order value required. The delivery cost is covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay for delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also follow your delivery through our Track Your Order page. Please allow a short time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.


Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details. Please check your order confirmation carefully. If you notice an error in your delivery address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on our website. We’ll do our best to update your details before your order is processed or dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed.


Separate Deliveries

In some cases, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are processed separately or dispatched from different fulfilment locations. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.


Delivery Delays

We work hard to make sure your order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, high order volumes, customs processing or public holidays. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact our customer care team and we’ll be happy to assist.


Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, most parcels arrive within approximately 3 business days. Occasionally, delivery may take up to 12 business days due to courier delays, regional locations, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking is included with every order, so you can stay updated while your parcel is on its way.
